Mission

The Procuraduría Agraria is a social service institution of the Federal Public Administration, dedicated to defend the rights of the agrarian subjects, it gives services of legal consultation, agrarian arbitration and legal representation, it promotes the conciliation of interests, the regulation of the rural property and the fortification of the legal security in the field. It foments the basic agrarian organization for the production and better advantage of their fields and natural resources, through actions that help the viable rural development and the social welfare.

Vision

The Procuraduría Agraria is the best institution of the Federal Public Administration, recognized  by the excellence in the benefit of its services to all the immersed actors in the rural sector and in its character of agrarian ombudsman, with a human philosophy, expressed in the warm treatment and continuous improvement, that are translated in a permanent approach with the agrarian subjects, through the defense of their rights, ordering of their property, support in the projects for the viable rural development, that it’s pronounced in a better quality of life in the Mexican field.
